Meet Micayla: Te Mahi Ako's rockstar apprentice

Micayla was an amazing apprentice and was able to complete this 2-year apprenticeship ahead of schedule through her consistent and dedicated on-job mahi. 
 
Micayla was in frequent contact with her Te Mahi Ako assessor along the journey to ensure she was on the right track and was really engaged with Te Mahi Ako if she needed additional support.  

Micayla started off the apprenticeship as a pool lifeguard but after the skills she attained completing this qualification, Micayla was promoted to duty manager quickly.
