“This assessment helped me gain a better understanding of my role within the workplace as well as a better understanding of the general procedures within our company. As a person with Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and a Sensory Processing Disorder, it means that I have a hard time working through theory assessments, especially if it requires me to sit down and focus in a busy environment. The support I received from our learning support team was incredible. The support they provided felt very individualised and like they had tailored a plan to my specific needs. Their help was amazing in also helping me work through this qualification while keeping up with my full-time job. My best advice for working through the programme is to give it your best shot and ask for help. The assessment isn’t trying to trick you, and everyone wants you to succeed!”
