Denise is based in Nelson. She has experience working in the sport, recreation and fitness sectors, delivering and assessing unit standards.
She is actively working in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and is passionate about helping people reach their full potential.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising at the gym, volunteering in the community and cooking.
