Faye’s passion is helping people - providing those lightbulb moments that are talked about for years to come. For the last decade, Faye has worked in corporate L&D as a coach, mentor, trainer and facilitator specialising in leadership and sales. On top of that, Faye holds a bachelor's degree in applied business management, with distinction, NZQA Adult education.  

Prior to Faye’s life at L&D, she completed 17 ski seasons in NZ, Europe, Canada and the USA as a ski instructor, with two seasons as Snowsports school leader at Mt Hutt NZ.  

Faye loves the outdoors, hiking, biking and of course, skiing in the winter as much as possible. Faye loves hanging out with friends and family and her retired avalanche dog called Jazz.
