Monique joined the organisation with eight years experience in the Assessment Services team at another industry training organisation. Prior to that, she spent six years working and travelling throughout the world, which included being a head ski resort representative in the French Alps.
Most recently, Monique worked for the NZ Police in the Kapiti Digital Communications Centre. She enjoys the diversity people bring to the workplace, loves learning about different cultures and is passionate about working in roles that make a difference in the community. Family, friends and fun plays a big part in Monique's life. She loves to bike anywhere and if needing space to breathe, will often be found strolling her home beaches on the Kapiti Coast.
