Nicole brings a 9-year background in work-based learning; collaborating across diverse industries to enhance meaningful pathways for ākonga (learners), elevating their mana and unlocking their full potential. She harbours a deep passion in fostering an engaging and accessible lifelong learning journey for everyone.  

When not working Nicole is navigating the whirlwind of raising two lively boys. At home, there's always a project or two in motion, with the latest one involving the complete renovation of the old family caravan, aiming to make camping a more regular occurrence.  When she manages to steal some time away, you'll likely find her exploring the great trails Canterbury has to offer.
