Jim comes from a varied hospitality background and has also worked as a sound technician, in fitness marketing, and as a hospitality tutor before becoming a resource developer in 2014.
He is passionate about adult education and breaking down barriers to learning.
When he's not at work, Jim enjoys astronomy, lifting weights and watching Liverpool football club.
