Edwin Paul

Edwin is an experienced education and innovation leader who has held a range of senior management positions both in New Zealand and India. Edwin has been involved in the New Zealand higher education sector over the last 20 years, mostly with the Polytechnic sector.
In the last few years, he has been involved in the Private Training sector in CXO, Consultant, QA and other strategic roles. An alumnus of the Said Business School, at the University of Oxford and Graduate School of Management at the University of Auckland, Edwin is passionate about using technology as an enabler to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems. He is recognised for building high-achieving teams and has a longstanding interest in the “Future of Work” studies. Edwin brings a broad range of expertise from innovation, commercialisation, EdTech, pedagogy, campus management, and student success to boardroom representation. He has a Master of Commercialisation and Entrepreneurship (University of Auckland) and is currently studying towards a Master of Technology Futures (Tech Futures Lab).
Edwin lives in Ōtautahi and is a board member of the India New Zealand Business Council as part of his community engagement outside his work.
