Monique joined the organisation in 2021 with eight years experience in the Assessment Services team at another industry training organisation. Having spent the first 3 years at Te Mahi Ako as a Quality Advisor, she has now stepped into the Assessor Facilitator Trainer role. Prior to that, she spent six years working and travelling throughout the world, which included being a head ski resort representative in the French Alps.
She enjoys the diversity people bring to the workplace, loves learning about different cultures and is passionate about working in roles that make a difference in the community. Family, friends and fun plays a big part in Monique's life. She loves to bike anywhere and if needing space to breathe, will often be found strolling her home beaches on the Kapiti Coast.
