Faye is passionate about helping people elevate their mana, supporting their vision and goals, and providing those unforgettable "lightbulb moments" that stay with them for years.
With over a decade of experience in corporate L&D, Faye has excelled as a leader, coach, mentor, trainer, and facilitator, specialising in leadership and sales development. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management with distinction, and an NZQA qualification in Adult Education.
Before entering the corporate world, Faye spent time working and traveling overseas. She worked summers on the beach and completed seventeen ski seasons as an instructor in Europe, Canada, the USA, and Aotearoa. Faye has a deep love for the outdoors, hiking, biking, and skiing in the winter whenever possible!
In her downtime, Faye enjoys a good BBQ with friends and family, reading, being creative and spending quality time with her retired avalanche dog, Jazz.
